pros
1. superly low cash
2. for singapore standards, huge
3. for singapore standards, cheap
4. room for books ie work
5. (slate? flat? something or other) marble flooring
6. high floor
7. next to cik sid (maybe can borrow her maid?... oh, can play with hariz!!)
8. 10 minutes away from interchange/northpoint/mrt
9. below got canal/park for brisk walks
10. near mum & dad
11. highest floor
12. the huge recess area is mine!! (finally can buy some plants - if they don't die first - damn me and my fingers!)
cons
1. car park always full (eh, is it carpark or car park)
2. though cook's area is not micro mini, it's still small by my standards
3. too quiet
4. too dark
5. there goes my dream of having a tub
6. the mum and dad say car park/carpark always too full and no amenities
12 pros vs 6 cons..
seems like we'll get it after all..
